Michael A. Parris - Managing Director of Client Services

Mike helped found Elite Talent Consultants and focuses on building strong relationships with clients. In addition, he is responsible for daily operations and firm marketing endeavors. As a former collegiate and minor league athlete, he relates to the professional athlete and understands the turbulent schedules, physical demands, and other rigors involved. In turn, athletes trust that he has their best interests in mind. With a diverse background in sales & marketing, he has been instrumental in establishing ETC as a known & trusted firm.

After graduating from St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio, Mike was a two-year starter at tight end at Cornell University and was chosen to participate in the National All-Stars Bowl Football Classic following his senior season. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, he played for the Cleveland Lions for five seasons where he was a two-time Minor League Football News All-American.

Mike's broad athletic achievements and journalism talent has allowed him to author the Seventh Edition of The Lincoln Library of Sports Champions and currently serve as a Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com.

He currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio with his wife, Amy.
