Ryan Muetzel - Sports Development

Ryan Muetzel has spent his academic and professional career working in the fields of athletics, personal training, nutrition and supplementation. A three-sport athlete at national powerhouse Cleveland St. Ignatius High School, he continued his athletic career at Emory University where he helped the indoor and outdoor track and field teams win five conference championships. Individually, Ryan was able to set top ten marks in school history in eight different events.

Post college, Ryan established himself in Las Vegas where he served as Managing Partner of Pure Health, an comprehensive health food & supplement store. Concurrently, Ryan was Managing Director of PureFormance Training Center (PFTC), a 12,000 square foot MMA/Boxing/Cardio/Weight Training facility and held a similar role with puresupplements.com, a leading online supplier of sports nutrition.

Over the last decade, Ryan has also served as a personal trainer, working with a diverse group of clients including members of the NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA, LPGA, Olympics, and mixed martial arts (UFC/MMA). Most recently, Ryan was the Head Performance Coach at Perfect Competition in Davie, Florida where he was part of The Perfect TEST, an elite NFL Combine training program that was developed through a partnership between Perfect Competition in Florida and TEST Sports Clubs in New Jersey.

Ryan graduated from Emory University and the Goizueta Business School with a triple major in Finance, Information Technology, and Philosophy and is the process of completing his Master's degree in Kinesiology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He has been certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
